There are some general requirements that users should pay attention to when using the concrete pump in the construction sites.
1. The working environment temperature of concrete pump is from 0℃ to 40℃, but the average temperature in 24 hour can not be higher than 35℃ and the lowest environment temperature when users do not use concrete pump should not be lower than minus 40℃.
2. The height above sea level of the working environment of concrete pump should not be higher than 1000m. If it is higher than 1000m, deal with it as the special condition.
3. The whole machine of concrete pump should be placed horizontally. No sagging is allowed when the concrete pump is working. The outrigger leg should be reliable and stable, which is easy to fix the concrete pump.
4. The working voltage fluctuation of concrete pump should not be bigger than ±10% and the frequency fluctuation should not be bigger than ±2%.
5. The door of concrete pump should be easy to open and stable on the ground, which is easy to operate and maintain for operators.
6. The pumping concrete should conform to the requirement.
7. The concrete pump should have the function of cleaning the concrete delivery pipeline or be equipped with cleaning devices and accessories.
8. The concrete delivery pipeline should accord with relevant regulations.
