In the normal operation of concrete mixer, the replacement period of concrete mixer is about one year or one and half a year. But the period of the replacement of hydraulic oil is not definite and can be adjusted according to the actual application. In the different environment, temperature, working hours or machinery conditions, the replacement period is different. The replacement of hydraulic oil for concrete mixer can be done when the machine needs repairing and maintaining. As for a new concrete mixer, users firstly change the hydraulic oil in the second-class maintenance and the other replacement of hydraulic oil can be done in the third-class maintenance. After pumping about 1,500m3 concrete, the hydraulic oil of concrete mixer must be replaced completely, and at the same time, users should clean up the oil reservoir.
1. Generally, the original hydraulic oil is transparent slight yellow and the polluted oil which is turbid or emulsifying should be examined carefully and users should change it completely.
2. Release the polluted oil and wash the system with kerosene if the oil is very dirty. When washing the machine with working oil and low viscosity naphthenic oil, it should be running. The cleaning of oil mixer should use coarser oil suction filter and cotton yarns and cotton cloth are forbidden to use to clean the fuel tank. After cleaning, blow off the oil reservoir with compressed air.
3. Users should have a good knowledge of the type and quality f hydraulic oil they use and no mixed hydraulic oil is allowed to use.
