1.The instrument and indicating signal should be accurate and reliable and there must be wooden plate matting on the operation desk of electric mixer. The transmission mechanism, working device, brake and so on should be fastened firmly and reliably, which can ensure the normal work.
2.Run empty. Check the rotating direction of mixing drum and mixing blades and the operation and brake of every working device. After confirming that they are normal, operators can start the concrete mixer. When the hopper is rising, it is forbidden to working or walking under the hopper. The hopper pillow should be placed in the bottom of materials pit and lock the hopper with iron chains when cleaning materials pit.
3.When feeding materials, it is forbidden to put hands between hopper and frame. In the operation of concrete mixer, it is forbidden to put hands or instruments into the mixing drum to discharge materials. The aggregate size should be consistent with the performance of concrete mixer and the aggregate beyond the permitted range is not allowed to use.
4.In the operation, if concrete mixer has some faults and is not able to work continuously, cut down the power supply and eliminate the concrete in the mixing drum completely.
5.Materials should be charged into mixing drum during the operation of concrete mixer. After discharging all concrete completely, operators can feed new materials. It is prohibited to shut down the machine halfway or start the concrete mixer when it is full load, except reverse discharging.
6.After using concrete mixer, timely eliminate the remaining water and accumulated materials in the machine, water tank and pipeline. Clean and maintain the concrete mixer, clean the construction sites, cut down the power supply, and lock the electric switch box well. Make a comprehensive cleaning after operating concrete mixer. When operators must enter into mixing drum to clean, Cut down the power supply and make somebody watch outside, or unload the fuse and lock the electric switch box. Then users can enter into mixing drum.
