Our factory is specialized in development and production of heavy haul lowbed semi trailers for hauling wind blades, wind turbines and wind towers. It have been provened that it is the most efficient, lightest-weight option in their class.
We have two kinds of windmill blade trailers, one is for road transportation, another is for mountain transportion.
Windmill blades trailer for road transportation as below:
This wind blade trailer has the telescoping main beam, 19 meters trailer can be extended to 52 meters. The length is not an issue. All of the telescoping trailer beams, as well as the pullout bumper with our extendable technology to create a hassle-free extension.
This versatile heavy-haul wind trailer can be adjusted to fit any size or brand of blade. It features a unique hydraulically operated self-steering system which increases safety and efficiency by automatically keeping the axles in line with the kingpin.
A wireless remote controls the steering system and can be used to switch to over steering.
Self-steering system automatically rotates axles to keep them in alignment with the truck at all times. The kingpin rotates and prompts the axles to track with it.

Advantages of this wind blade trailers as below.
1. The maximum rotation angle of the rotating blade is 360°.
2. Inclination angle up to 60°.
3. Radio remote control, showing wind speed, cross slope, blade position, ballast position.
4. Benchi blade semi-trailer can be combined with axis semi-trailer.
5. The height of the semi-trailer platform can be between 500mm and 1000mm.
6. Self-balancing counterweight ensures the stability and safety of transportation.
7. Gooseneck: hydraulic power gooseneck (double cylinder diesel engine)
